What is SAS?
How we learn, focus and behave depends on how the brain takes in, filters and makes sense of what we see, hear and feel. SAS (Sensory Activation Solutions) uses daily listening sessions of specially sequenced music and speech, tailored to each person, to support sensory processing and communication between the two sides of the brain. At SmartUp Neuro, SAS can be combined with the PREP and COGENT cognitive programmes as part of one personalised plan.

Who is it for?
For children, students and adults who want to learn more easily and focus for longer, including those with ADHD, dyslexia or other learning differences. The starter programme usually lasts about a month.
For children with neurodevelopmental differences such as autism, Down syndrome or cerebral palsy. An initial programme usually lasts 24 days and can be followed by further tailored stages.
For adults who want help with stress and everyday pressures at work and at home. Daily listening of 30–60 minutes, often over 24 days.
For older adults who want to keep attention, memory and communication sharp in daily life. Programme length depends on personal goals.
